At Moore Fine Homes, we don’t aim to be the biggest builder. We aim to be the most trusted. That means we say no to cookie-cutter plans, shortcuts, and chasing volume. Instead, we take on a limited number of projects each year to give every home and client the time, focus, & attention they deserve.

What sets us apart isn’t just our process; it’s our people. For the past 20 years, we’ve built lasting relationships with subcontractors and suppliers who help bring our homes to life. From electricians to tile specialists, architects to specialty craftsmen, we have partners who share our quality standards. We all want the same thing: every detail to be tight, clean, and built to last.
That shared commitment means we care just as much about what’s behind the walls as what’s visible to the eye. That’s why Etai personally visits each job site daily without fail.
That level of involvement is only possible because we intentionally limit the number of projects we take on.

Etai Harel
Owner
Growing up in the North Shore of Chicago, Etai has always been drawn to great architecture and historic homes. Whether he was building furniture, sculpting or exploring older houses in his neighborhood, he has always been passionate about good design. After receiving his MBA from the University of Chicago, Etai spent several years working for Goldman Properties, redeveloping historic New York City buildings into luxury residential apartments.
In 2002, he took over Moore Fine Homes, with a plan to combine great architecture and design with craftsmanship, functionality and financial feasibility. He lives in Short Hills, New Jersey with his wife, three daughters and dog, Hunter.
Witold Nosal
Project Manager
Witold 'Vytek' Nosal has been lead Project Manager at Moore Fine Homes for over ten years. An expert trim carpenter and cabinet maker, Vytek oversees all aspects of the construction process from foundation dig to installation of final finishes. Born in Maniowy, Poland, Vytek brings years of construction expertise with him.
Graduate of the Zespół Szkół Technicznych in Metal Working, Vytek emigrated to the United States in 1999 and has since developed extensive skill sets in cabinet making, trim carpentry and general residential construction. A true craftsman, Vytek's singular attention to detail and demand for quality workmanship from all our trades and subcontractors is central to Moore's consistent delivery of unsurpassed quality in every project.
